For past decade Amazon remained the market leader in E-Commerce industry and to retain this position it introduced a new concept/program called Amazon Go it runs in a system where you have a physical store where you can personally go and purchase the products (it can be utensils, groceries, electric items etc.) but you do not have to stand and wait in line at the cash counter all you have to do is install Amazon Go application. Store is installed with technology gadgets to track and deduct payment from your account and send you the receipt via notification on your application, Amazon call this idea “Just Walk Out”.

It uses the same technology which is founded in self driving cars, according to their sensors it can detect when and who picked the item off the shelf or returned it back. With the help of application Amazon put the item you pick in your cart and at the time of way out it makes the transaction and make the sale. This service is currently available in Seattle soon company will introduce their service across America and globally, with such service Amazon set the benchmark higher and proved that it is the market leader in ecommerce platform industry.

Basically, Amazon revealed little details about their project in 2015 in it they described a store that operates with the help of cameras, sensors, RFID and application. Recently they shared an add where thy show how it operates and facilitates customers in their shopping. Few years back people shifted to online shopping because it is convenient, and you do not have to stand in line in front of cashier’s counter but with this customer will get a new style and level shopping experience. You can feel/touch the product before you make a purchase and you do not have to stand and wait on counter for the payment.
