Augmented Reality

Industries are evolving and developing equipment to attract customers to themselves, creating new environment from 2D to 3D then virtual reality (VR) now augmented reality (AR). Augmented reality is little different from virtual reality in virtual reality you experience computerize designed surroundings but in augmented reality you add in the reality.

It is not new technology as much as people think it is being used for few decades in fighting aircrafts showing directions speed etc.  Students of MIT worked on this program and succeeded it works with the help of sensors, smart projector and camera. Currently it operates through cell phones, but it is not limited to it main focus of the organizations is to replace tablets and cell phone with other things, it is not clear yet what it would be but they are working on it. Similarly, as glass has been evolved to smart glass, google glass is also making its mark in the market.

One of the most attractive way AR was introduced in the market in the form of game, we all might remember “Pokémon Go” it hooked players for a long time and It wound up making more than $2 billion and checking, as per Forbes.
